A deeply restorative Sound Bath & Mantra Meditation, designed to cleanse and renew the energy within your mind, body, and spirit. This session begins with a guided mantra meditation to set your intention and release stagnant energy, followed by a soothing sound bath that immerses you in the healing vibrations of resonant instruments. *Persons who want to use a chair during the sound bath and meditation are also welcome!
